Internet Marketing and Research company Group, W&S has recently launched a Beta test for their new social media analytics platform named Buzzics, shortened from Buzz Analytics. By using this new tool, user can get insights from social influencers on their business, identify competitors and get in depth analytics of the social surroundings.
Buzzics provides a simple system to connect with the audience and engage them at once. With the simple single page dashboard, user may monitor recent activities from their followers or fans and pick up the right influencers. By analyzing the social data, Buzzics delivers the most valuable data content to your desk.
In this beta test, Buzzics can sync into one Twitter account and one Facebook fanpage account. For twitter, Buzzics has special features to search other accounts to be analyzed, and also compare various accounts with the competitor. Monitoring function is also available to track down your campaign by using hashtag tracking and real-time search to find out most common topics. For Facebook, Buzzics provide general insight of likes, reach and impression, also identify demographics information of fans.
Currently, Buzzics support personal usage only. In the near future Buzzics will be developed into native social analytics with versatile features. Buzzics is suitable for being applied in emerging markets such as: online media, digital agency, market research, e-commerce, and startup.
