New address database setup

In order to support the collection of research results related to address, county, district and enhance the accuracy of these results reported by the survey participants, W&S Co. technical team has completed an address database including Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi. In the future, the database will be develop to include 64 provinces in Vietnam.
